Oleksandr Akymenko (Ukrainian: Олександр Олександрович Акименко; born 5 September 1985 in Antratsyt, Voroshylovohrad Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union) is a professional Ukrainian football striker who plays for FC Inhulets Petrove in the Ukrainian First League.
Native of Antratsyt, Akymenko is a product of the Luhansk College of Physical Culture football section.
Akymenko began his playing career in FC Avanhard Rovenky. Than he joined to FC Stal Alchevsk and made his debut entering as a second-half substitute against FC Shakhtar Donetsk on 18 September 2005 in Ukrainian Premier League.[1]
