Oleg Firer (Russian: Олег Павлович Фирер, Oleg Pavlovich Firer; born September 18, 1977) is a business leader, entrepreneur and a diplomat.

On April 6, 2017 Mr. Firer delivered copies of his credentials to Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergei Ryabkov and became the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Grenada to the Russian Federation.[1]

Born in Ukraine, which at that time was the Soviet Union, to a Jewish family, Firer and his family became refugees in the United States in 1989.[2][3]

He is a founder of Unified Payments, Unified Payments a provider of payment processing services in the United States,[4] and currently serves as a Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors of Net Element (NASDAQ: NETE).[5] In addition, Firer serves as a chairman of the supervisory board of the Eastern Caribbean Blockchain Association[6] as well as a managing member, member of the investment committee and a chairman of the board of directors of Star Capital.[3][7]

Firer sits on the boards of Progressive Care, Inc. (OTCQB:RXMD) (September 2017 – present)[8], CoinBoost, Inc., (March 2018 – present)[9], E2Exchange (December 2016 – present), StarTeleMed (December 2015 – present), Gainfy Foundation (March 2018 – present), UNILOT (January 2018 – present) and Star Development (October 2017 – present).[10]

Charitable Work

Mr. Firer supports the initiatives of the Firer Family Charitable Foundation, the charitable family fund focused on helping families and children in need. In addition, Mr. Firer is an advisory board member of Chabad Russian Center of South Florida.[11]
