Ola Honningdal Grytten (born 30 May 1964) is a Norwegian economist and economic historian. Born in Gothenburg, Sweden, he graduated with a cand.oecon. and a dr. ocean degree from the Norwegian School of Economics. He also holds a Masters degree in Economic History and a Master in Financial Economics.He is one of the most cited Norwegian economists in media and is the editor, author or co-autor of more than 30 books and 150 research papers. [1] Grytten has been one of the leading crises economists in the Nordic countries and serve as special adviser to the Norwegian central bank. [1]
