Ok Saroy Presidential Palace (Uzbek: Oqsaroy, Оқсарoй) meaning the White Palace in English is the official workplace of the President of Uzbekistan, in the capital city of Tashkent in Uzbekistan. Under former president Islam Karimov, the palace was the residence as well as workplace of the president, but under the administration of Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the residence of the president was relocated to an estate in Tashkent.[1] The area of the palace is 5460 square meters.[2][3]
Halls
There is a reception hall in the palace where guests will be received. There is also a meeting hall, as well as a recreational hall. There is also a whole museum dedicated to Islam Karimov, where portraits and busts of Karimov are showcased.[4][5]
