Aims at improvement of Urban Infrastructure. Allocation in Budget 2017-18 is Rs. 294/- Crore.

ABADHA Announced in Budget 2017-18[6][7] Culture & Tourism Heritage & Architecture ABADHA - Augmentation of Basic Amenities & Development of Heritage & Architecture.

Aims at developing Puri into a World Class Heritage Site. Allocation in Budget 2017-18 is Rs. 100/- Crore.

SWARNA Announced in Budget 2017-18[6] Youth Affairs & Sports Sports Development SWARNA - Sports With Aim For International Acclaim.

Allocation in Budget 2017-18 is Rs. 94/- Crore.

BASUDHA Announced in Budget 2017-18[6][7] Water Resources Water Supply BASUDHA - Buxy Jagabandhu Assured Water Supply to Habitations.

Allocation in Budget 2017-18 is Rs. 1065/- Crore.

Maltidevi Prak Vidyalaya Paridhan Announced in Budget 2017-18[6][7] Pre-school creation. Allocation in Budget 2017-18 is Rs. 34/- Crore.
Mukhyamantri Adibandha Yojana Announced in Budget 2017-18[8] Pond Development Data Unavailable.
Mukhyamantri Mahila Sasaktikaran Yojana Announced in Budget 2017-18[7][8] W&CD Women Empowerment Aims at Empowerment of Women & Gender Equality.

Allocation in Budget 2017-18 is Rs. 90/- Crore.

Khushi Scheme Announced in February 2018. To be implemented from October 2018. Women & Child Development Women Empowerment Providing free sanitary napkins to 17 lakh girls studying in Classes 6 to 12 in government and government-aided schools.
NIDAAN Scheme Announced in December 2017. Implemented from 1st January 20118 Health & Family Welfare HealthCare Aims at providing identified diagnostic services free of cost to all patients in the public health facilities. Includes MRI, CT Scan & X-Ray. [9]
SAHAY Scheme Announced in December 2017. Implemented from 1st January 2018 Health & Family Welfare HealthCare Aims at providing free dialysis service to all patients in the public health facilities. [10]
AMA Clinic Yojana Announced in December 2017. Health & Family Welfare HealthCare Aims at providing Fixed Day Specialist Services in Urban Clinics. Includes Obstetrics and Gynecology, Paediatrics, Medicine and Geriatrics, Eye-care, Physiotherapy and Psychiatric services. [11]
ANMOL Scheme Announced in December 2017. Health & Family Welfare HealthCare Aims at providing ANMOL Tablets to ANMs across the state to improve real time services to pregnant women, mothers & new borns. [12]
SarbaKhyama Yojana Announced in June 2018. Housing & Urban Development Dept Regularization To regularize unauthorized constructions in the state subject to certain conditions. [13]
Mahaparayan Scheme Announced in August 2016. Red Cross Free of Cost Vehicle Service to carry dead bodies of poor persons from Government Hospitals to their Home. [14]
Mukhyamantri Swasthya Seva Mission Announced in Budget 2017-18[6][7][8] Health & Family Welfare Health Aims at complementing health services in the state.

Allocation in Budget 2017-18 is Rs. 354/- Crore.
