Nozomi Ōsaka

Nozomi Ōsaka (逢坂望美, Ōsaka Nozomi), also known as Non (のん, Non),[1] is a manga artist known for illustrating the light novel Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions, which has been adapted multiple times for television and film.[2][3]
