Noel Pullen (born 9 December 1944, Essendon, Victoria) was an Australian politician, and was a member of the Victorian Legislative Council for the Labor Party. Pullen was the only ALP representative for the seat of Higinbotham before it was abolished in the Upper House Reforms.[1]
Pullen was not preselected for the new South Eastern Metropolitan Region and instead chose to run against Liberal MP Murray Thompson in his seat of Sandringham for the 2006 State Election. Pullen failed to get elected.
Prior to being an mp Pullen was a banker and is an Essendon Bombers supporter.[2] During 2004 Pullen conducted a review related to the idea the Bracks Government had of introducing laws similar to the United States on cars.[3]
After the Bracks government intended to take legalising abortion to the 2006 Victorian state election, Pullen supported an amendment proposed by Christine Campbell to consider the effects of late term abortion.[4]
