Nina Brosh (Hebrew: נינה ברוש, also known as Vic; born November 12, 1975) is an Israeli fashion model.[1][2][3]

During the 1990s, she led campaigns for brands such as Givenchy, Yves Saint Laurent, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, Dior, DKNY, Bebe and Miu Miu. In the 1990s, she appeared on the covers of magazines such as Vogue[4] and Elle.[5]

Life

A native of Ramat Yishai, in Northern Israel, she is a great granddaughter of Rabbi Yehuda Leib Maimon on her father's side, while her Jewish mother was born while her family was living in China.

Modelling

During the 1990s, she led campaigns for brands such as Givenchy, Yves Saint Laurent, Dolce & Gabbana, DKNY, Chanel, Dior, Bebe and Miu Miu, as well as being a successful high-fashion catwalk model. In 1995, Nina was voted the 79th "Most Powerful Person in Fashion" by The Face magazine.[6] Her hourglass figure earned her the accolade "The Body of the Nineties".

Acting

She starred in Duran Duran's "Femme Fatale" music video. In 1998 she appeared opposite Vincent Gallo in the independent movie Hollywood Salome.
