Niemstów [ˈɲemstuf] (Ukrainian: Німстів, Nimstiv) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Cieszanów, within Lubaczów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) west of Cieszanów, 11 km (7 mi) north-west of Lubaczów, and 79 km (49 mi) east of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]

The village has a population of 530.
