Nicola Mosti (born 7 February 1998) is an Italian footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Imolese on loan from Juventus.

Club career

Loan to Gavorrano and Viterbese

On 20 July 2017, Mosti was loaned to Serie C side Gavorrano on a 6-month loan deal.[1] On 27 August, Mosti made his Serie C debut for Gavorrano, as a starter, in a 2–1 away defeat against Livorno, he was replaced Simone Zaccaria in the 77th minute.[2] On 5 November he scored his first professional goal, as a substitute, in the 91st minute of a 2–2 away draw against Monza.[3] On 30 December he scored his second goal, again as a substitute, in the 88th minute of a 4–3 away defeat against Olbia.[4] Mosti ended his loan to Gavorrano with 15 appearances, 2 goals and 1 assist.[5]

On 27 January 2018, Mosti was signed by Serie C club Viterbese on a 6-month loan deal. On 11 February he made his Serie C debut for Viterbese as a substitute replacing Claudio De Sousa in the 87th minute of a 2–0 home win over Gavorrano.[6] On 17 March he played his first entire match for Viterbese, a 2–0 home win over Arezzo.[7] Mosti ended his 6-month loan to Viterbese with 7 appearances and 1 assist.[5]

Loan to Imolese

On 24 August 2018, Mosti was loaned to Serie C club Imolese on a season-long loan deal.[8]

International career

Mosti rapresented Italy at Under-15, Under-16 and Under-18 level. On 19 February 2013, Mosti made his debut at U-15 level in a 2–1 away win over Belgium U-15 , he was replaced by Dario Scudieri in the 51st minute. On 11 December 2013 he made his debut at U-16 level as a substitute replacing Hachim Mastour in the 41st minute of a 2–1 home defeat against Greece U-16. On 12 August he made his debut at U-18 level as a substitute replacing Simone Lo Faso in the 65th minute of a 0–0 home draw against Bulgaria U-19. On 11 November 2015, Mosti played his first match as a starter for Italy U-18 in a 2–0 away defeat against Austria U-18, he was replaced by Manuel Nicoletti in the 62nd minute.
