Niclas Fasth (born 29 April 1972) is a Swedish professional golfer.

Fasth was born in Gothenburg. He turned professional in 1993 and won three events on the second tier European Challenge Tour that year. Since 1994 he has been a member of the European Tour for every season except for 1999. He qualified for the U.S.-based PGA Tour at the 1997 Qualifying School, and played the PGA and European Tours concurrently in 1998. He had a bad season on both and in 1999 found himself back on the Challenge Tour. Since then he has concentrated on playing in Europe and in 2001, he finished tenth on the European Order of Merit. He also finished second to David Duval in the 2001 Open Championship which enabled Fasth to qualify for the 2002 Ryder Cup.

He had good seasons in 2005 and 2006, winning twice on the European Tour in both years and finishing thirteenth and fifteenth on the Order of Merit. In 2007, he finished fourth in the U.S. Open and the week after, he won his sixth European Tour event, the BMW International Open. These performances helped Fasth to a fifth-place finish on the Order of Merit.

Fasth has featured in the top 20 of the Official World Golf Rankings. His primary sponsor is Callaway Golf.
