Nicholas Ryan Swirad (born 28 May 1991) is an English-Malaysian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Malaysia Super League club Melaka United.[1]

Club career

Johor Darul Ta'zim FC II

At the end of the 2015–16 season, Nicholas left Northern Rangers to sign for Johor Darul Ta'zim II of the Malaysia Premier League. His registration was delayed, due to having to apply for a Malaysian passport. In September 2016 he received his Malaysian passport, which enabled him to play for JDT II as well as the Malaysia national football team.

Melaka United

On 12 June 2017, Nicholas joined Super League team Melaka United on a season loan.[2][3] On July 2017,he made his first-team debut for Melaka United.
