Newcastle Emlyn F.C. are a football team playing in Ceredigion League 1st Division[1] after they were relegated from the Welsh Football League Division Three.[2] Their reserve side also play in the Ceredigion League and are currently the 1st division champions.[3] The reserve side was relegated to Division 2 due to the first teams relegation from the Welsh Football League. Their 3rd team won the 2013-14 Reserves Cup.[4]

The club was one of the founder members of the Ceredigion League

Women's team

The women's team plays in the Welsh Women's Premier League since its creation in 2009–10.[5]
