Netwealth Investments Ltd is a UK-based wealth management firm, with its headquarters in London.[1][2] The company offers a discretionary investment service which can be accessed online or via its team of financial advisers. Low maintenance portfolios are chosen according to clients’ financial goals and risk levels and then managed by a team of portfolio managers.[3]
History
Netwealth Investments was founded in January 2015 by former Goldman Sachs partner Charlotte Ransom and former JP Morgan managing director Thomas Salter; Ransom serves as the CEO of the company.[4][5][6][7]
Executive team and Board
The company executive team includes Charlotte Ransom as CEO, Thomas Salter as COO and Gerard Lyons as Chief Economic Strategist. In June 2018 Netwealth has appointed Edward Bonham Carter and Merryn Somerset Webb to its Board of Directors joining Michael Hartweg, the co-founder of Leonteq, as non-executive directors.[8][9]
Funding
As of Q2 2018, the company has raised £16.5M from investors namely Santander vice-chairman Bruce Carnegie-Brown, Betfair co-founder Edward Wray and former Goldmanites Glenn Earle, Simon Dingemans and Christopher Grigg.[5][10][11][12]
Services
With its investment service, the firm manages clients’ portfolios on their behalf and invests liquid investments such as equities, corporate bonds, government bonds and cash.[3]
