Netherlands national football team 2004
In the 2004 season the Netherlands national football team competed at Euro 2004 in Portugal, falling to the host nation in the semifinals of the tournament. Afterwards manager Dick Advocaat resigned. He was replaced by former striker Marco van Basten.
