Netherlands national football team 2000
In the 2000 season the Netherlands national football team competed at Euro 2000 in their own country, falling to Italy in the semi-finals of the tournament. Afterwards, manager Frank Rijkaard opted to resign; he was replaced by Louis van Gaal.
