Neha Pendse is an Indian film and television actress.[1] She was born & brought up in Mumbai & completed her schooling there.[2] Neha was introduced on India-based satellite television channel Zee Marathi’s Bhagyalakshami. Pendse has acted in Marathi,[3] Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi films. She was a contestant on the popular reality show Bigg Boss in 2018.
Early and personal life
Nehha Pendse was born on 29 November 1984 in Mumbai to Shubhangi Pendse.[4] She was brought up in Mumbai and completed her schooling there. She has a sister who is a trained dancer.
Career
Pendse started her career as a child actor and made her debut with the film Pyaar Koi Khel Nahin in 1999. She later on was seen in films like Devdas.[5] Neha made her television debut with the show Captain House which was by Ekta Kapoor and Balaji Telefilms. She later did a lot of Marathi films.
In 2016, she played the lead role of Sanjana in the Life OK popular comedy show May I Come In Madam? which went off air in 2017.[6] She later was a contestant on reality shows Comedy Dangal and Entertainment Ki Raat.[7][8]. In 2018, she was seen in the reality comedy game show Family Time With Kapil Sharma as the presenter opposite Kapil Sharma.[9][10]
Pendse was a celebrity contestant in the twelfth season of the Indian version of the reality TV show Big Brother, Bigg Boss.[11][12][13] and was evicted after 4 weeks in the house on 14 October (Day 28).
