Nay Soe Maung (Burmese: နေစိုးမောင်; born 17 November 1976) is a Burmese physician, professor and activist, who has served as the rector of University of Public Health, Yangon from 2013 to 2017 and president of People’s Health Foundation.[1] He is also known as the anti-Tobacco control activist in Myanmar.[2][3]
