Nattukku Oru Nallavan (English: Good man for the country) in Tamil, Shanti Kranti in Hindi is a Tamil-Hindi action film written, produced and directed by V. Ravichandran. The film was simultaneously released in Kannada and Telugu under the Shanti Kranti title in 1991. Akkineni Nagarjuna was the lead in Shanti Kranti Telugu version & V. Ravichandran was the lead in Shanti Kranti Kannada Version while Rajinikanth was in the lead in Tamil and Hindi version.

Despite a simultaneous Telugu film Shanti Kranti, the film was dubbed in Telugu as Police Bullet. Incidentally, all the versions failed at the box-office and Ravichandran incurred huge losses. The film marked the debut of popular Kannada actor Anant Nag in Tamil cinema as main antagonist. The music was composed by Hamsalekha. The film also starring Juhi Chawla, Kushboo, Jaishankar, Janagaraj and Manorama among others was released in 1991.

Plot

Nattukku Oru Nallavan is the story of an honest police officer (Rajinikanth) and his fight against a dreaded criminal named Daddy (Anant Nag) who indulges in organ transplant mafia.

Rajinikanth and Nagarjuna were the lead actors in Tamil and Telugu versions.
