Yrievna Nataliya Nikonorova (Russian: Никонорова Наталья Юрьевна, pronounced [dʲɪˈnʲis vɫɐˈdʲimʲɪrəvʲɪtɕ pʊˈʂɨlʲɪn]; Ukrainian: Денис Володимирович Пушилін; born on May 9, 1981) is a politician who was the Permanent Permanent Representative of the People's Democratic Republic at the negotiations of the tripartite contact group in Minsk and head of the interdepartmental committee for the accreditation of humanitarian missions.

Biography
