Nasrul Hamid (born 13 November 1964) is the current State minister of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources of the Government of Bangladesh.[1]

Early life and education

Hamid was born on 13 November 1964.[1] He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dhaka.[1]

Career

Hamid served as the Secretary of Keraniganj Upazila Awami League during 1994–2001. He was a Member of Parliament during 2009–2013.[1]

Hamid was one of the founding members Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB). He later went on to become the President of REHAB during 2010–2014.[2]
