Najuma "Nancy" Fletcher (born 31 May 1974) is a Guyanese athlete. She competed in the women's high jump at the 1992 Summer Olympics.[1] Fletcher finished sixth in the heptathlon at the 1994 Commonwealth Games. She attended and competed for the University of Pittsburgh.[2]
