Nagarro is a custom software development and business consulting company that provides consulting and technology services. It is headquartered in Munich, Germany and has its primary development center in Gurgaon, in the National Capital Region of India.

Since 2011, Nagarro is a subsidiary of Allgeier,[1] a Frankfurt listed (FWB: AEI) German IT company.

History

Nagarro was founded in 1996. In 2011, Nagarro was acquired[2] by Allgeier SE, a Germany-based IT company. In 2014, Softcon, an Allgeier company already a part of the Nagarro division, changed its name to Nagarro.[3] Also in 2014, Hexa Business Services merged with Nagarro Austria.[4] In 2016, Conduct AS, an Oslo-based consulting company, merged with Nagarro to become Nagarro Norway.[5] In December 2016, Nagarro acquired Silicon-valley based mobile design and strategy company, Mokriya.[6] In January 2018, Nagarro acquired Austria based test automation and consulting company, Anecon.[7] This, combined with other companies in the division, gives Nagarro a division strength of over 4,500 employees worldwide.
