NN Investment Partners is a Netherlands-based asset manager. Headquartered in The Hague, the company is an active manager for institutional and individual investors around the world. NN Investment Partners has more than 1,100 employees and offices in 15 countries in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East.[1]

The company was formed in 1994 under the name ING Investment Management to manage banking and insurance assets for Dutch financial services company ING Group. Following the 2008 financial crisis, ING divested its insurance and asset management businesses, which together were listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange in 2014 as NN Group.[2] In 2015, the asset management unit’s name was changed to NN Investment Partners.[3]
