Anastasiya Oleksiyivna Kamenskykh (born in Kyiv, Ukraine, 4 May 1987), known professionally as NK, is a Ukrainian pop and R’n’B singer, actress, TV presenter, judge and mentor of X-Factor vocal show, founder and owner of sport clothes NKsport, author of NKblog etc.

Childhood life and education

She was born in Kyiv, Ukraine. At the age of 5, she took part in educational programs for family exchanges and lived some time in France. At the age of 6 she moved to Italy and lived there for seven years. She continued studying at the Pechersk School International in Kyiv, and at music school. NK graduated from music school at the age of 15 and started taking professional ballet classes. She did ballet for 8 years. She also was a student at the Wisconsin International University in Ukraine.^[1]

NK is a cosmopolitan girl. She speaks five languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, Italian and Spanish.

Music Career

In 2004 the name of NK as a singer thundered at «Black Sea Games» festival for the first time, where she received a grand prix and won all kinds of awards. One year later she got the UBN Awards at the «Opening of the Year» nomination in London in 2005. In 2006-2017 NK was a singer at “Potap&Nastia”, a most popular duo among Russian speaking people. The Duo became very popular, received multiple awards and world wide prominence.

In 2017 she begins her solo project NK. This year she breaks the market with her first solo video and song #thatsmytypeofnight which goes viral in social media. Later this year she released Christmas acoustic album and Christmas TV-Show “Xmas with NK” which features the most famous Christmas hits in 4 languages (English, Italian, Russian and Ukrainian).

In september 2018 NK exclusively presented her Ukrainian song "Trymay" (ukr."hold") on the biggest Italian radio station Radio Rai.

TV Career

2007 – “Dancing with the stars” star participant on 1+1 channel in Ukraine

2008 – a star participant of the TV project on the First channel «Two stars» in Russia

2010 – a star participant of the vocal TV project on the 1+1 channel «Star + Star» in Ukraine;

2010 - a TV presenter of the «Guten Morgen» morning program on M1 music channel in Ukraine .

Since 2016 till now – a TV presenter of the children’s version of the program «Make a comedian lough. Children» on 1+1 channel in Ukraine

Since 2017 till now - judge and mentor of «The X-Factor» vocal show. The singer with an invaluable experience was entrusted with an important mission — to find real talents and point in the right direction on the path of creative development.

2017 – special Christmas movie and acoustic album «Xmas with NK», which features the most famous Christmas hits in 4 languages (English, Italian, Russian and Ukrainian): «Xmas with NK», «All I want for Christmas», «Last Christmas», «Have yourself a merry little Christmas» and self-written songs

Business Career

Since 2017 – launchs her own brand of sportswear – NKsport. NK’s love for sports, desire to self-improve and inspire her fans to change for the better have turned into a successful project - NKsport. Amount of collections since 2017: 10

Other

Since 2015 starts her own lifestyle video blog NKBLOG on YouTube. NK became the first pop artist among Russian speaking people who started Youtube video blog. The chief aim of her social media policy is motivation of the modern youth for an active lifestyle.

Since 2017 - a regular participant of charity program Charity weekend. Funds collected from concert programs are transferred to the Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.

Since 2018 starts cooperating with charity organization "Give Warmth to one who loves life" on an ongoing basis launched an auction of selling personal and concert clothing. All the funds are forwarded to open the places were old people can get free food and clothes every day. In 2018 she helped to open 2 such places. 2018 NK is an honorary friend of the UEFA Women’s Champion League 2018
