National Association of Green Agents and Brokers

The National Association of Green Agents and Brokers (NAGAB) is a non-profit organization founded in 2005 by Toronto real estate broker, Elden Freeman.[1] NAGAB claims to have over 31,000 affiliate members.[2]

NAGAB offers two real estate professional designations: Accredited Green Agent (AGA) and Accredited Green Broker (AGB). One of NAGAB's goals is to develop a nationally recognized green real estate home-rating system for resale homes, similar to the EnerGuide rating for new homes.
