Plot

Lieutenant "Brass" Bancroft of the U.S. Treasury Department Secret Service, foils fifth columnist bad guys from stealing/sabotaging a newly developed secret weapon called the "Inertia Projector," which consists of an airplane-mounted death-ray/laser gun... the prototypical celluloid incarnation of SDI; (Strategic Defense Initiative) an governmental concept later to become known and actualized as: "Star Wars!"
