Mount Eden High School is a high school in Hayward, California, United States, founded in 1960. It is part of the Hayward Unified School District. Mount Eden is located in West Hayward, near Union City.

Demographics

2013-14 total enrollment was 1,865. [4] Enrollment by ethnicity was: Hispanic or Latino (any race), 896; Filipino (not Hispanic), 290; Asian (not Hispanic), 242; African American (not Hispanic), 202; Caucasian (not Hispanic), 115; and other, 120.[4] Students who spoke languages other than English included: Spanish, 315; Filipino or Tagalog, 41; Vietnamese, 17; and other, 49.[5] 29% of the student body was rated as "Limited English Speaking".
