Russian University of Transport (MIIT) (formerly Emperor Nicholas II Moscow State University of Railway Engineering, until 2016 named after Felix Dzerzhinsky) (MIIT), or Russian: Московский государственный университет путей сообщения Императора Николая II (МГУПС (МИИТ), is the leading and largest higher education institution in the field of railway transport in Moscow, Russia, with more than 17,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students. Every year about 25,000 top managers and specialists take professional development courses at MIIT.[1]
