Moovweb is a cloud-based platform that ports desktop websites to mobile websites using responsive web design and standard web technologies such as CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript.[2][3] The company was founded in 2009 by Ajay Kapur with $700,000 invested by Andy Bechtolsheim,[3] and has since raised $16.7 million in venture funding.[4][5]
