Moon Byul-yi (Hangul: 문별이, born December 22, 1992),[1] better known by the mononym Moonbyul (Hangul: 문별), is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter and actress signed under Rainbow Bridge World. She is the main rapper of Mamamoo.[2]

Biography

Moon Byul-yi was born in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea,[3] where she lived with her parents and two younger sisters, Seulgi and Yesol. She was accepted into Paekche Institute of the Arts for media music and vocals in 2011. [4]
