Muhammad Afiq Bin Fazail (born 29 September 1994) is a Malaysian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Johor Darul Ta'zim FC and Malaysia national team.[1][2]
Afiq is the younger brother of Malaysian international, Irfan Fazail.[3]

In November 2016, Afiq has been promoted to Johor Darul Ta'zim. He previously played for feeder's side Johor Darul Ta'zim II.[4]
