mmmuffins is a Canadian coffee and muffin restaurant chain founded in 1979.[1][2] It granted its first franchise[2] in 1980. The company, which has locations throughout Canada, is one of the largest specialty baked goods franchising companies in Canada.

The company was purchased by Timothy's World Coffee in 2002. Timothy's continued to operate the mmmuffins stores under their original trade name. On November 13, 2009, mmmuffins was sold to Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc. along with Timothy's Coffee and Michel's Baguette through a wholly owned subsidiary called ThreeCaf Brands Canada Inc. Bruegger's continued operations of these chains.[3]

In 2018, MTY Food Group announced the acquisition of Timothy's Wold Coffee along with Mmmuffins from Le Duff America.[4]
