The Miss Tennessee's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Tennessee in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant. The pageant is held each March at the Carl Perkins Civic Center in Jackson, Tennessee.

Mary Humphrey of McMinnville was crowned Miss Tennessee's Outstanding Teen on March 10, 2018. She competed in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2019 pageant in 2018 in Orlando, Florida.
