The Minister of Water Resources is the head of the Ministry of Water Resources and one of the cabinet ministers of the Government of India. The current Minister is Nitin Gadkari, who took charge on 26 May 2017.[1] The Minister of State (Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation) is Dr. Sanjeev Balyan and Sh. Vijay Goel.[2]
