Miltiadis "Miltos" Tentoglou (Greek: Μιλτιάδης Τεντόγλου;[2] born 18 March 1998) is a Greek track and field athlete who competes in the long jump. He won the gold medal at the 2018 European Championships. He holds a personal best of 8.30 m (27 ft 234 in).[3]

He competed at the 2015 World Youth Championships in Athletics and then won a silver medal at the 2016 IAAF World U20 Championships.
