Pervis Milroy Goes, professionally known as Milroy Goes (born 3 September 1986) is an Indian film director.[1] Goes speaks English, Português, Konkani, and Hindi.

Career as film director

He began his career by Directing short films.

In 2012, he made directorial debut in Konkani cinema with the film The Victim.[2][3][4][5]

Milroy is known for his films, also an ad film with Australian Cricketer Brett Lee. He has directed music videos, one of which was featured on the channel VH1 India.[6]

In 2014, at International Film Festival of India[7] IFFI he quotes "The reason is not always financial, it is also technical. Many Konkani filmmakers lack technical support and there is a need for a more sophisticated filmmaking institute to provide the basics and mentor amateurs."[8]

In 2015, Milroy Goes one of the Jury member along with cinematographer Sharmad Raiturkarand filmmakers Swapnil Shetkar[9] for the first edition of the 'Goa Short Film Carnival' by Goa Talkies.[10]

‘Peon – Ek Chaprasi’ was premiered at 'Goa Short Film Carnival 2015', a three-day festival exclusively for short films. And on the closing day Milroy Goes received a recognition at the hands of Chief Minister of Goa Laxmikant Parsekar [11]

In 2017, he wrote and Directed Feature Film WELCOME M1LL10NS[12]

In 2018, Milroy Goes along with Rajesh Patil, Nalini Elvino De Sousa and Lynsey Miller were the jury members for the 'Short Film Competition' "Get High On Life" organized by Human Touch Foundation in GOA. [13]
