Mill Creek (Elk River)

Mill Creek is a stream in Benton County, Arkansas and McDonald County, Missouri.[1] It is a tributary of Elk River.

The headwaters are in Arkansas about four miles east of Sulphur Springs at 36°28′24″N 94°23′11″W / 36.47333°N 94.38639°W / 36.47333; -94.38639 and the confluence with the Elk is in Missouri just northeast of Noel at 36°32′55″N 94°28′59″W / 36.54861°N 94.48306°W / 36.54861; -94.48306Coordinates: 36°32′55″N 94°28′59″W / 36.54861°N 94.48306°W / 36.54861; -94.48306 at an elevation of 820 feet (250 m).[1][2]

Mill Creek was named for a saw mill at its banks.[3]
