Mike Corneau (born July 20, 1979) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player.
Born in Ottawa, Corneau attended the University of Ottawa[1] before commencing his professional hockey career in 2003 with the Port Huron Beacons of the United Hockey League. The following season he played in the Central Hockey League with both the Amarillo Gorillas and Wichita Thunder before hanging up his skates following the 2004–05 season.
