Michael "Mike" Bugarewicz is an American NASCAR crew chief.[1] He is currently employed at Stewart-Haas Racing, serving as the crew chief since 2016 for the No. 14 Ford Fusion in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.[2][3][4] The car is currently driven by Clint Bowyer, and they are both competing in the 2018 season
