Mihoko Tsutsui (筒井 視穂子 Tsutsui Mihoko, born 6 December 1985) is a Japanese female volleyball player.
She played for the [[Japanese Women['s volleyball team]]. She participated at the 2004 FIVB World Grand Prix[1] She competed at the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship, with her club Hisamitsu Springs.[2]
