Midnight Sun Brewing Company is a brewery founded in Anchorage, Alaska, USA, in 1995. It is one of over thirty breweries in the state, despite Alaska's small population and preponderance of dry communities.[1] The brewery moved to a new location in Anchorage in May 2009; it had previously shared a building on Arctic Boulevard with Knight's Taxidermy, a business featured on the reality television program Mounted in Alaska.[2][3] The company has won several awards for their beers, including medals from the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup.[4] Currently, the brewery sells its beers in 12 oz cans, 22 oz bombers,[5] 5 gallon kegs, and 64 oz growlers.[6]
