Middle Huaxia Road (simplified Chinese: 华夏中路站; traditional Chinese: 華夏中路站; pinyin: Huáxià Zhōng Lù Zhàn) is a station on Line 16 of the Shanghai Metro. It opened for passenger operations on December 28, 2014, with the extension of Line 16 from Luoshan Road to Longyang Road.[1] In the future, it will become an interchange station with Line 13 when an extension of the line to Zhangjiang Road becomes operational. The extension is under construction and expected to be open by the end of 2018.[2]
