Michael Soussan

Michael Soussan is a reporter, writer and whistleblower born in 1973 in Denmark[1] and now living in Los Angeles.[2]

He became famous for writing a book about his experiences working for the Oil-for-Food Program under the United Nations in Iraq. The book has since been made into a feature film by the same name Backstabbing for Beginners starring Ben Kingsley and Theo James in 2018. It is directed by Per Fly Plejdrup.[3]

In 1993 Michael Soussan co-founded and edited The Brown Journal of World Affairs at Brown University.[4][5][6]
