Michael Peart (born 10 March 1953) is an Irish judge who has served as a Judge of the Court of Appeal since October 2014. He previously served as a Judge of the High Court from 2002 to 2014.[1][2]
He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1970. He is a bencher of the King's Inns. He was the first Solicitor appointed to the High Court.
