Adv. Tshililo Michael Masutha was born in 1965 at Valdezia in the then Northern Transvaal, now Limpopo province in South Africa. He is the current Minister of Justice and Correctional Services.[1] Before becoming MP in 1999, he served as Human Rights lawyer. He served as the deputy minister of science and technology in 2013-2014. Born with a visual disability,[2] he is the second minister with disability in the Jacob Zuma cabinet. He founded Northern Transvaal Association for the Blind in 1989.[3]
