Michael Barrett is the Councillor for Ward 3 of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.

He was elected on October 27, 2014[1] during the Ontario Municipal Elections, 2014.[2]

He is the President and CEO of the Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and RIdeau Lakes Conservative Association. [3]

He won the federal Conservative nomination in Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes on August 11, 2018.[4]
