Mews is a restaurant in Baltimore, County Cork, Ireland. It was awarded a Michelin star for 2019.[2][3]
Mews /ˈmjuːz/ (sometimes called The Mews) was built in a former coachhouse. The head chef was originally Luke Matthews; Ahmet Dede has since taken over. All ingredients are sourced locally in the West Cork region.[4][5][6][7]
