History
The series debuted in October 2004. As a condition of licence, Omni was required by the CRTC to make 78 half hours of television. They decided to make a sexy night time soap opera with a diverse cast to fulfill the channels' multicultural mandate. After shooting 78 episodes, Omni commissioned a further 12 episodes for a totla of 90 half hours. The series, which ran 5 nights a week, was about a community of artists working and living in Toronto.
