Metarctia paremphares is a moth of the subfamily Arctiinae. It was described by Holland in 1893. It is found in Angola, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zimbabwe and possibly South Africa.[1]
